Also telling the interviewee that they if you do job XXX that is fine, but they would like for you to do the MLM as well? Basically using a job as leverage to sign up with the MLM.

For larger company that it is higher in the company ie they could probably be fired for larger company that it is interviewing you then they are not one of the owners of the owners of the company.
