Marcello asked:

And how much is it estimated he/she is making and is worth?
More specifically, who is the wealthiest person who has MADE their money in MLM?

I assume there is at least one famous person since MLMers proclaim it to be the greatest business on earth.

Somehow I don’t think the fact that Trump spoke at a convention for ACN means he is doing MLM. Funny stuff though.
The owners of the parent corporations are not what I am asking about. I am talking about someone who signed up with an MLM and made his/her millions. Thanks.

Why is everything in MLM / Network Marketing always overpriced relative to the retail sector?

I thought MLM was supposed to cut out the middle men like advertisers and wholesalers so that it could bring lower costs…instead we see ridiculously priced vitamins, $100 6 packs of juice, phone services with ridiculous rates, financial services twice as expensive as anywhere else…etc etc…the list goes on and on.

Are you sick and tired of everyone pointing out all the flaws of MLM/Network Marketing?

Look I admit it has problems, but I am regularly able to take advantage of people who are not familiar with MLM. But the more you see people answering questions pointing out all this stuff that is wrong with it the harder it is.

I can’t even spam in here anymore without most people knowing what is up. No one believes I am making $50,000/day anymore because some dummies have taught them to ask more specific questions. I don’t know how much volume I do. Who cares! I am rich. Just sign up.

Anyone else having this issue?

Has there ever been one in MLM who made enough selling before ever recruiting?

Marcello asked:

I want to hear from any person in MLM / Network Marketing that has ever sold enough of their product or service to make a decent full time living (say at least $50k/year in earnings) before ever recruiting someone into their down-line.

The obvious nature of the question is to help refute that MLMers only really make money by recruiting. Say it ain’t so. Also, what product or service did you sell?
Aircoole - see Avon.
Jay S - you hit the nail on the head.

I believe in the concept of MLM marketing but in my search of MLM companies I find that the products are either a bunch of garbage or they are overpriced from the point of origin. An MLM company will charge a distributor a so-called wholesale price for a product when in fact the price is higher than it should ever be at the retail level.
Is there a genuine MLM company that has a product that isn’t overpriced at it’s point of origin,–a product that can be demonstrated to others?

I just dont get it. It takes years to make a profit with anybusiness, and it takes large capital and alot of effort. But, with many mlm/home businesses, it only takes $97 to $500 to start and most of the business and website is setup for you. Why do so many uneducated idiots think they are pyramid scams? Madoff investments was a pyramid scam///mlms aren’t. Why do idiots think they are??

Why are so many people against Direct Selling / MLM / Internet Marketing?

VeggieCandleLady asked:

Do people REALLY know what they’re talking about? And have all those against these means of creating an at home income, really have personal experience? Or is it something they have “heard” or “Assumed” ?
Is it that people want something for nothing? So who’s fault is that? Are people basically lazy? Who’s fault is that? Having your own business something that has to be worked at. If you were going to rent a space and have a store front, would you get that for no money? Do people think that customers are just going to flock into your store just because it’s “you”? This is really a no brainer. Things are too easy for Americans. Always someone elses fault and they want something for nothing. What are your thoughts?

Are there any sites that give prompts on how to deal with aggresive MLM recruiters?

realsaltlakesoccer asked:

I’m dealing with a recruiter for a MLM (multi-level marketing) company that I’m not interested in. I want to tell them I’m not interested but I’m looking for a site that has questions that they’re going to ask me and responses to those questions.

My main reasons for not going into this: 1. I have a good job and am able to support a family of 8 on my income alone. 2. I don’t believe that anyone can make money but sitting around their house all day long as your Region Vice President claims. 3. Why do none of your people seem to have a college, much less high-school, education? 4. Why do you seem more interested in recruiting people than selling a product?

I would like to know how they’re likely to reply to those questions and how I should counter. I can just say, “No, I’m not interested and keep saying it until they give up, but I want to give a good reason too.”

I know they say its easy and about sponsoring people and stuff, and I can do that. Should I put all my focus on MLM and just do whatever it takes to become rich? I need some advice.

Anyone have a good MLM to recommend?

Now they can say, “See, Ponzi schemes are out there in real business too!” as one of their “rebuttals”.
